Cash On Delivery Shopee. This research aims to determine the influence of return guarantee and cash on delivery (COD) services on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z users of the Shopee application in Sungai Jawi, Pontianak. The research type used in this study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach.

The sample in this study consisted of 90 respondents. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire distributed to Generation Z in Sungai Jawi, Pontianak. Based on the multiple linear regression results, partially, the return guarantee variable has a positive influence on purchase decisions with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 5.430 > 1.662, and the cash on delivery service variable with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 3.766 > t-table 1.662. Based on the testing of adjusted R2, both X variables (return guarantee and COD service) together have an influence on the Y variable of 36.8%, while the remaining 63.2% (e value) is influenced by other variables not included in this research model, such as variables outside the scope of this study.

AKIBAT HUKUM WANPRESTASI DALAM TRANSAKSI ONLINE DENGAN METODE CASH ON DELIVERY PADA APLIKASI SHOPEE

Tujuan dari dilakukannya penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menelaah dan mengetahui keabsahan perjanjian jual beli dengan transaksi online melalui sistem Cash On Delivery (COD) antara penjual dan pembeli serta mengetahui akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan apabila pembeli melakukan wanprestasi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa keabsahan perjanjian jual beli online akan sah jika memenuhi 4 syarat sesuai dengan yang diatur dalam KUHPer serta sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik.

Akibat hukum yang timbul jika pembeli melakukan wanprestasi dalam transaksi online melalui Cash On Delivery (COD)Aplikasi Shopee menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik tidak diatur secara jelas dan terperinci. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze and conclude the legitimacy of online sale and purchase agreement with Cash On Delivery (COD) system between seller and customer as well as to understand the relevant legal consequences arising from the default of the customer. The result of the research shows that the an online sale and purchase agreement will be considered legitimate once it fulfills 4 requirements as regulated under the Civil Code of Indonesia (KUHPer) as well as in accordance with Law No. The legal consequences that arise if the buyer defaults on online transactions through Cash On Delivery (COD) Shopee Application according to Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions are not regulated clearly and in detail. Based on the Civil Code, a buyer who defaults is obliged to make compensation, accept the transfer of risk, pay court fees and terminate the agreement to the injured party.

The result showed that Shopee Cash on Delivery television advertising has a significant effect to consumer buying decision in Semarang city.

Based on the T statistic test, that t is the count through television advertising 11,130 > t table 1,987 or sig. 0,000 < 0,05 with significant value 5%, therefore Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

E-commerce Shopee adalah aplikasi belanja berbasis online yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat di era perkembangan zaman yang serba digital. Namun pada pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa kendala yang mana permasalahan tersebut dianggap banyak merugikan pihak pembeli.

Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian lapangan (field reseach) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, analisis dan komparatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan jual beli dengan metode cash on delivery (COD) di e-commerce Shopee telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat dalam jual beli sehingga jual beli seperti ini boleh dan halal dan termasuk jual beli yang masyru’.
