On February 4th, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison successfully held Family Fest 2023 at 9 different locations and gather all of 14.000 members of IOH big family consisting of our HIRO, outsourced manpower, and invited their family to come as well. We are so happy to witness the infectious joy between our HIRO and their family because they have been the number one support system through the many milestones we've shared.
Within this event, we also had the chance to close off one of our ongoing friendly competition between employees called HIRO League 2022 where the slogan is "Teams that play together, work better together!". The saying could not be truer, especially seeing our ongoing achievement in maintaining top decile engagement within the company. Curious to see all the fun we had in Family Fest 2023?
